Finally it's my turn.

485 class: EB3 (at TSC)
PD: August 2001
140: filed in April 2006, approved in September 2006
485: filed in August 2006, approved today

LUD for 485 case: 8/18/06, 9/7/06 (FP), 7/24/07(EAD issued), 12/3/07 (change of address), 12/4/07, 1/31/08 (RFE for TB skin test), 2/27/08 (RFE received), 2/28/08, 2/29/08 (welcome noticed mailed)

I think the MEMO worked in my case.
