咋这么慢呀？１１月初 递的H1B申请(Vermont)，现在还没批。

去年8月开始的大学助理教授。H1B visa application 没有用Premium。USCIS(Vermont)给的Case Status 上说他们 November 5, 20007 收到我的H1B申请。现在他们网站上的Processing Time for I-129 (Petition for non-immigration worker)都已经是 December 17, 2007了. 怎么我的Case 还么有批呀？真急呀。
