究竟这个processing time有多重要?请问xiaobaitu,pjiang and other experts

每个月都会update,很多人说不用太当回事.到现在我也没明白这个processing date 是什么意思.是到目前为止他们已经处理完毕的申请的日期还是下个月他们要处理的申请的截止日期呢?
