not necessary, the Court and AUSA have no idea what's priority date, they will just push USCIS to work on your case, and if PD is not current, then USCIS will forward to AUSA.

Very likely USCIS will adjudicate your case BEFORE the March Meeting, AUSA just hate to go this kind of meeting (赢了没什么到不了,可输了就对他们的简历不利)
