1.I have EAD and no more H1B, if I-140 or I-485 is rejected, May I apply H1B again?

Do I need to re-enter U.S. in order to apply H1B?

2. I filed I-140 and I-485 and got EAD and A.P. I also got Canada Landing notice. I do not has H1B any more in U.S. Is it safe to landing Canada and come back to U.S. using A.P.?

Could U.S. think I choose Canada Green Card over U.S. Green Card and refuse me to come back?
