First: 1-800-375-5283

Second: 1-2-2-6-1

Thrid: input your case number.

Fourth: Listen carefully to confirm your number, if it is right, press 1.

Fifth: press 3.

Sixth: press 4.

If they say no IO avalable, stop the phone call, if they say taxae service center, then you just wait.

Call in the morning is easier to reach the center.
