1. 如果以H-4(EAD, H-1B继续保留)开公司, 那公司需要有什么要求(如规模,人数,营业额等等)H-1B才可以离开原来的公司安全地到H-4开的公司上班呢?
2. 在H-1B transfer 到自己的公司上班时,移民局会因为是H-4开的公司而拒绝吗?
3. 移民局也会因为是到H-4开的公司上班而拒我们的I-485吗?

- The I-485 may not be denied only because of sponsor being related to you, but other factors. If the company is in good standing financially, and your position is in "same/similar", Good chances there.

Please understand that if your I-485 were to be denied, then you lost any chance. The denial of I-485 will invalidate both EADs, which will cause the company inoperational (supposing no one else runs it), which worsens your situation.
