Green Card Path for TN Nurse

I just finished my Nursing degree at U of Toronto, here's my plan to work in the US and get green card. Please check for me to see if there's any potential problem.

1. I would like to work in the northeast, so It will take me 2-3month to obtain a U.S. RN license, will also start applying for a Visa Screen.

2. Search for jobs in northeast which will sponse GC, hopefully get a offer in 1-2 month, my visa screen will arrrive during the time.

3. Obtain TN visa at point of entry.

4. Work under TN for 3-4 months, then start filling for GC, file I140 + I485 + I131 + I765 concurrently.

5. Receive EAD and AP in 3 months, use EAD for working

6. Receive I140 in 9 months

7. Renew EAD and AP after one year, may travel to Canada or China in the mean time

8. I485 approved after two years

happily ever after!!!
