Pjiang, learned a lot from your link. It is very clear. Based on that, I think using premium process is safer way to do. My following question is: can I transfer from B-C (on the condition of already working on B and H1 transfer to B approved) only working for B a month? It maynot be hard time line, but is any such case denied due to working for B at short-time period? Thanks a lot!!!
