I had the same situation like you. J-1 from china, then became Canadian and now working in US. I have no problem with my H-1 and I-140 approval. now waiting I-485 to be filed since I did not have j-1 waiver yet and now it is dificaul for us to get one under NO Objection from Chinese Umbassy due to we are no longer Chinese Citizen. send me a email at r_ mao@yahoo.com if you like to discove more detial.
