H1 transfer question? Please help!

now H1, will transfer H1 to another employer. If regular process, it will take 3-4 months. But if I want to change job to 3rd employer during H1 transfer pending, what should I do? Can I transfer again? I think H1 transfer pending is not legal for another transfer, have to wait it approved, is this true or I still can transfer under transfer pending status.

Maybe best approach is to use premium transfer now, any other idea?

BTW, I have EAD under NIW, but do not want to give up H1...
