已有AP, EAD, 申请第二个485,还能再申请AP,EAD吗？

LD是主申请人.
我们当前的485是基于NIW140的，去年7月申请的，同时主申请人申请了AP.Spouse申请了AP&EAD. AP，EAD 都是今年10月到期。
目前，LD想基于已经批的EB1a140再递一份485，请问我们能同时再申请AP,EAD吗？如果AP,EAD(spouse)被拒，等当前EAD,AP过期后，以后能免费再申请AP,EAD吗？
