请教知班主：我儿子（17岁，高中生，还没有社会安全号）在马里兰州想报名学车，除了护照外，还有什么可以证明他的身份呢，如何取得？谢谢。（已开了学校证明，今天就是带着护照和学校证明,被拒）.
