xiaobaitu, pijiang 等专家，

我2006年七月递的I-485，2008年二月批的。现在的问题是我想在现公司转为part-time, 3-6月后在转回full-time，什么时候转为part-time比较好？

我的律师先说我最好再full-time工作一年。但是后来又说，因为我的I-485是在pending 180天后才批的，可以用I-485 Portability， 所以我可以现在就转为part-time，只要我的job still "Same or Similar"。　但是我的理解是I-485 Portability适用与I-485还在pending的.我的I-485已经批了，也适用吗？另外，Portability只要求the new job is the same or similar to the old job. 有没有要求full time 呢？
