我I140, 485 pending，F1五月毕业，nonprofit H1B 工作，能否申请OPT？
- You should not apply OPT. If you do and it is approved, you may use it.

如果不申请OPT/EAD, 毕业后进入AOS状态直到拿到H1B，对吗？
- You may COS to H-1 w/o being in AOS
