Thank you for sharing. USCIS misdilivered FingerPrinting Notice that I did not receive it. However, I received another letter that told me that the Notice was failed to deliver to me due to the wrong Address (this is not true. The second letter do reach me using the same address). Do you think I should do the same as you did? THanks.
