I think you are in big trouble, since you are out of status more than 6 month. The opt itself doesn't maintain your F1 status, if you did not get your MS degree at the time your I-20 expired. The only thing you can do is to find a consultant company to apply a H1B visa for you, probably you can get through. Most consultant company like to do that, even you do not really have job.
