I-485和工作许可打指纹的新规定: is this a fake news?

"I-485和工作许可打指纹的新规定" by 陈丹虹律师 stated that you will get two notices for I-485 and EAD petition. I filed I-485 along with my EAD last year, I only got a finger print notice once. So I wonder if the news is a fake one.
