请教pjiang,小白兔关于485状态

我在网上查了一下485的状态

我和老公一起在去年7月份递交的485。lg收到了485收据，他的485网上状态为“case received and pending”

我的网上状态显示“Current Status: Notice Returned as Undeliverable.”
说我的485收据由于邮局的原因被退回，我已经为此事给移民局打过电话，要求再重新寄分485收据。

但是后来就没有什么动静，只寄给我一封信，说这封信能作为485收据的证据。

但是我的网上状态仍旧显示为“Current Status: Notice Returned as Undeliverable.”

请问，我应该怎么处理？ 这会不会对485申请有什么影响？
