AP question

I140 approved, I480 passed 180 days.

I am planning to go home for a vacation, then work for a new company after I come back. Can I still use AP with old company to come back? Or, I have to use AP with new company to come back?

Is it hard to get AP approved with new company? Thanks for your help!
