请问Michellecat,小白兔等专家关于绿卡上面错误信息

因收到的绿卡上出生日期弄错,我查看了一下FormI-90 Instructions. 上面提到: replacing a card that was issued
with incorrect data on account of a USCIS error.(Prepare another form I-90
application.......)是不是要提供两份I-90 Form?_:o
