Can I ask you some questions on J waiver?

(1) I got J waiver for the first two years, but extend my DS 2019 for the third year after receive the waiver approval notice. That is to say, I did get a waiver for the third year. At moment, I am applying for my H1 - B visa. I am not sure if I can get my H1 - B visa or not.

(2) For my case, is it necessary for me to apply for the second waiver for the third year?

(3) I have already submitted my I-485, based on an approved EB1-A 140 last June. In my case, can I get an EAD card if I submit it to USCIS?
