child can apply Canadian citizenship, just paperwork. Check CIC canada for details.
children tax credit ( milk money in your words ) can only be applied when you are phycially live in Canada.
The healthy insurance of your hu*****and should cover the total expenses of your child. Double check this when he filling the insurance form.
I also heard if you were too tight, you can get some milk power from the US goverment.
BTW, 2 or 3 hours travelling to work each day is not possible! Beside crossing the custome takes time too.
