petition letter,,which is not requested by uscis at all, if you look at instruction of i140, is not neccessary since mine is approved without it.
everything is better presented in your pi's letter,or other letters,which would be a stronger than from your owner mouth.
i just tell what i have done, as i claimed before, which you have another solution,please provide him. otherwise keep your mouth tightly as possible,
