Copy letter of "No Objection"

From the website of Chinese Embassy, my "No Objection" letter has been sent to DOS at the end of September. But, I haven't received the copy letter from Chinese Embassy so far, is it normal or not?

Have you received the copy letter if your case has been sent to DOS last month?
