make sure you choose the assigned clinic, BTW, which only cares about your fees. you do not have to know the list "mandotary immunization" , which is your doctor's job.

do you have "a yellow book"? if so, bring it with you in order to pass some tests.

anyway, make sure that doctor and that clinic have the right to do this exam.
