How to reschedule an ASC appointment

After moving to other place, I received the ASC Appointment Notice on Dec.20, 2007. But the date of the appointment was Nov. 9, 2007. Thus we could not take it as scheduled. Then I wrote two letters to my service center to request them to reschedule an ASC appointment for me, but I have not received their reply. What should I do? Thanks.
