For each paper, listed all citations, including papers from Chinese journals. If the paper had no english title, translated it by myself.
Picked a few english papers that substantially cited my research, highlighted the wordings favoring my research.
For my Chinese publications, I translated the abstracts and titles (if no english title) and got someone with bilingual ability to sign and make a statement of his capability. Did not go to get certified service.
This was what I was told by my lawyer. Did not encounter problems. Hope this helps.
