Yes, using H4 seems the best option. He can apply 485 soon after he arrives US. H4 allows immigration intent.

3。先生回国两年期间不能来美，只能我回国探亲，但是如果我在140申请期间或者140批准之后，以H1往返美国签证会有麻烦吗？

Not at all. H1 visa is one of the most safe visa.

4。如果我的绿卡申请比预想的快，比如很幸运在两年之内outstanding 485获得批准的话，而先生还未满两年期限，如果我给先生申请824，先生也必须一直呆在国内等待824批准吗？
Yes, if so, he has to stay in China. So, strategically, you may want to delay 485 sub-mission. Get 140 approved first, then wait till end of 2 years, start to sub-mit 485. During this period, you will need to keep H1 status to provide him a valid H4.

5。象我们这种情况，先生必须回国两年的限制下，我还能有什么更好的办法尽快给先生获取绿卡在美国重新团聚吗？
Sounds like H4 is a good option, since anyway he agrees to stay for 2 yr. Then what would be better option that still needs to be little longer than 2 years? --H4.
