Where is the USCIS new fee policy announced in June posted? I couldn't find it through USCIS web.
google一下就能出来了。mit上各个律师去年时候都提到。

What's xenocopy?
就是普通复印件。

Also I heard of that I-864 (financial support) needs to be signed before notary public. Is it ture?
如果864 instruction或者表格上要求，就得去做。一点都不难。让financial sponsor带好ID 到银行或任何可办公证的地方办即可。
