我怎么能确定是IO呢？我就是按照famous POJ method的方法打得

我很确定不是national service center的representative接的，因为我第一次就是去了那里，他们确实什么也不知道，但是去了TSC的agents就知道我公司的名字，我的名字，以及我的住址，不过我想着IO那么忙怎么还可能接电话呢？很迷惑，谢谢您的耐心！

Press 1, 2, 2, 6, 1, enter ReceiptNumber， 1 ，1 ，3，4
If you hear National Service Center, just hang up and try from beginning again.
