Hi Folks,

I am refused at US border after having a meeting in Canada, as I forget the VISA experied time (sounds stupid?). The official let me apply an Immigration waiver. My question are: how difficult it is and how long it would take. It would help a lot if with help of a lawyer??

I would very much appreciated any help.
