Hi pjiang, would you please explain it in more details? For example, if one used EAD for a while, and then can he apply H1-B later?
If he can apply H1-B, then he must apply the visa to active his H1-B outside US. Is there any effect to pending I-485? Automatically giving up I-485 application or not?
