那是否140的申请就从原公司port到新公司了？如果有140的RFE会寄给新公司？

- Since you left current employer before I-140 approval but after I-485 pending 180 days, the approval of I-140 will enable to continue I-485 application, in this case, you don't need new employer to do anything except an employment letter when in need. If your I-140 is denied for any reason (maybe caused by no RFE is received), the new sponsor is a backup.

文章说＂人们都倾向于不主动地向移民局提供任何关于更换雇主的文件，除非是收到了这样的 RFE＂，如果有140的RFE，是寄给公司吧？如果不主动告诉移民局更换雇主了，是不是会寄给原公司？如果原公司不做回应，140是否会被拒了？

通过H1B transfer和新雇主Sponsor绿卡，是不是移民局肯定会知道更换了雇主？
