Help, I-140 LUD on this weekend

485 pending for more than 8 months, I-140 filed to TSC and approved around 02/2006. 485 pending on NSC(June/07, since then I saw many times LUD, last LUD is 08/20/2007). Yesterday got a I-140 LUD, what could be? system update? my EB2 is not current yet. Any idea? thanks a lot.
