Xiaobaitu, Pijiang, Pharm etc. please help regarding my AP

Sorry to bother you guys in the new year.

I am a H-1B holder, concurrently filed my 485 with 140, and got my AP which will be good till this June. I reveicved a RFE for 140 recently, and the deadline of the response is March 10. I have to visit China and the return data will be March 30.
1. Is it possible for USCIS to get a decision before my back?
2. If my petition is denied before my back, may I still re-enter USA with the current AP?
3. Do I have to apply for a H-1 visa to prepare for the AP revocation?
