Could you please give me some advice on how to handle this kind of dilema. My hu*****and filed our first set of I485 based on his approved I140(EB2) and priority date is Feb 2006. My company filed our second set of I485 based on my pending I140(EB3) and priority date is Mar 2007. Which way is better, withdraw EB3 I485 or combine two sets of I485? If we do combination, how could we do it?
