FYI, NIW 140 approved in NSC after RFE

NIW filed 08/2006, required RFE 10/2007, submitted RFE 01/2008, approved yesterday (3 weeks after RFE)!

Thanks a lot Xiaobaitu, pjiang, and all other Wenxuecity friends for your helpful information. Also thanks my lawyer, who I think did a great job!
