如果主申请人485批准后，配偶的485还能提交吗

如果主申请人485批准后，配偶的485还能提交吗? My hu*****and is in china right now, and My PD is 4/19/07 and my I-140 based on EB1B has been approved. and i came back with AP. Can he catch this chance?
