H16年延期后换工作后怎么办？

140 approved
485 pending more than 180 days

I've extend my H1 visa for another 3 years last month.

If I change my current employer and my new employer sponsors green card again, Can I take over my EB3 priority data? Can I still transfer my H1 to the new employer?
