如果总公司想从新半,会不会要去撤原来的I140呢?
等到他们登完广告搞perm 我可能i140也批了.

就怕他们去撤I140, 总公司的hr很mean. 他还要我dump现在的律师,用公司律师...

总部能撤I140吗?还是子公司可以?
移民局处理撤I140很快吗? 有没有什么办法呢?
