I originally submitted to Buffalo, interview waved in Oct 2002, ME done by that time. But after 2 years of waiting, I lost my job and ME expired a year ago. I guess they want to settle the our case after a "length and resultless background check". Partially also because I write a complain letter to CIC minister?

By the way, I reside in Canada. What is your seeing on this one? Do you have the same time line as me?
