Jul 07 filer; 485 pending - 换工作并回国（cp)有多难？

What does the new employer and I need to do to establish CP (and other document) so I can take the new job and work in China (and wait for the current PD of Mar.07)? 485 filed 180 days already;

My understanding is:
1) New employer (B) need to sponsor my H1 visa and EB2 LC; file a new I140 for me

2) wait for new I140 approved, then apply for CP?

3) CP recieved, then can officially relocate to China?
