7月2号filer还有没收到finger print notice的吗?

我是Texa 中心, 从10月份开始,几乎是每个月都打电话问, 有时是Customer service ,有时是agent接的,每次都说送Request了, 一直到现在也没消息,也去了infopass, 没有任何帮助, 着急的不行, 该怎么办呢?
