请教小白兔：485 inquiry 回来了

my lawyer help me did the 485 inquire, after one and half month waiting, I got the mail from USCIS today. It contains two printed papers, the first one said my fingerprinter have expired. A notice will be mailed to me for biometrics processing recently.
The second one: Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we have to perform addintional review on this case and this cased a longer processing time. Ifyou do not receive a decision or ohter notice of action from us within 6 months of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below.
I could not get any useful information. Does it mean my background check clear being cleared or not?
