no problem, I also filled the I485 form with the A# from OPT, then they assigned a new A# on the I-140 approval notice. From the I485 form(because we filed WOM and they mailed copy of the I-485 to show that they approved our case) I filed a few years ago, I saw them cross the A# of OPT, fill with new A#, also cross the old address, the filled with the new address
