1. write letter to First Lady, Senator, Congressman, Inquiry USCIS, some luck one may get name check clear, see sample letter 这里 , also remember to keep all receipts

2. if all those go nowhere, and pending certain time (say >2 yr), and live in friendly district court, then WOM is best option, see article 这里
