EAD: 02/2003 (got that in person)
FP: 06/2003
Approved and stamped: 10/2003

One of my friend's case
FD: 10/2002 or 09/2002
EAD: received, but I don't know the date
FP: 06/2004 (about a week ago)
.... still waiting
