XiaoBaiTu\PJiang\Radiology等老师: H4 extension

my 140/485 were filed last year. now I have to extent H4 for family.Form I539 page2 part3 a-c ask wheter applied immigrant visa, or filed immigrant petetion or form I485,,,,,,must I anwer"yes"? if i say 'No", what will happen? will be terrible trouble?
Please please give instruction / suggestions. Thanks!!!
