向各位高手请教H1的问题

我是H4，如果申请了明年的H1，那10月1日才能干活这是确定的了。如果H1下来了，到了10月份没干活被雷了的话，是什么身份？H4吗？
如果只干了1或2个月被雷或者根本就没干活就被雷那么以后申请工作还可以用这个H1的名额吗？可以tansfer吗？如果没有paystub能转回h4吗？谢谢了！急需知道。水平不高，不知道干不干得了工作。害怕身份问题。
